This is quite the little slip up right here.
During a recent press conference, White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest said that, “The intelligence community… a month before the election… came forward and presented a unanimous view… a high-confidence assessment… China was engaged in malicious cyber activity to destabilize our political system.”
A member of the press quickly asked pointed out his mistake.
“I’m sorry… Russia,” Earnest responded with a sly, “you got me” smile.
Right… Russia did it.
Can’t even keep the damn story straight, can they?
What a joke.
