Supreme Court Refuses To Hear Transgender Bathroom Case - Leaves Issue To Be Battled In Lower Courts

The Daily Sheeple

The U.S. Supreme Court announced on Monday that it would not decide on the case of a transgender boy who sought access to the boys’ bathroom at zer high school.
With just eight Justices on the Supreme Court and a ninth pending confirmation, it could be months or years before the court takes up the issue.
With the political leanings of the court sure to shift to the right under President Trump, and political battles over transgender rights raging across the country, the issue will certainly make its way back to the court in due time.
