So Where Are The Prosecutions? « The Burning Platform

Seriously.
And for those of you who live in the impacted areawhere your lives were basically put in a box and your rights violated on a wanton and outrageous basis predicated on a lie, when are you going to stop putting up with this crap and demand that everyone involved not only lose their job but all their benefits (including medical and pension) and go to prison for the outrageous violations of your rights that took place?
An Illinois police officer whose September shooting death led to a massive manhunt committed suicide due to personal and professional pressures, investigators have concluded.
The Lake County Sheriff’s Office has scheduled a press conference for 10 a.m. CST Wednesday to announce “conclusive results” of the investigation into the death of Fox Lake Police Lt. Charles Joseph “Joe” Gliniewicz. However, Fox 32 Chicago and the Associated Press reported late Tuesday that the investigative task force had determined that Gliniewicz shot himself.
Remember, this shooting was originally claimed to be a murder and the entire area of Fox Lake was turned upside down with roadblocks and door to door house searches — cabins and even boats were boarded and searched without individual-suspicion warrants first being issued.
Nobody was arrested for the murder because it wasn’t a murder — it was a suicide.
No regular citizen gets this sort of “enhanced” behavior by the cops when they die under suspicious circumstances.
Ever.
Now it turns out that not only did everyone who lives, works or traveled through the area have their Constitutional rights violated under false pretense but in addition they added the ignobility of flying flags at half-staff for a man who killed himself!
Who finds this sort of horsecrap supportable?  I most-certainly do not, and you most-certainly should not.  These are the acts of the SS, not peace officers.
A suspected murder is a murder, no matter who it is that is dead.  These sorts of “responses” are ridiculously over-the-top and thus fail the essential test of accident; they are intentional, they are wrong, they are unsupportable and utterly nobody should be giving any sort of aid or comfort to any LEO in that part of Illinois until there is redress for what happened here and the gross violations of the people of Fox Lake and the surrounding areas, along with their property rights, that were impacted by a bald lie.
